SIGGRAPH is widely considered the most prestigious forum for the publication of computer graphics research, attended by over 15k industry professionals from leading studios such as Pixar, Dreamworks, Blizzard and is one of the few dozen festivals that qualify as for the Oscar-eligible animated shorts category. Strategy group advisor to SIGGRAPH Board of Directors by invitation. Strategy member of both Nurturing Community  (former co-chair 2017) and Digital Presence committee. I work to define internal SIGGRAPH network and external partners as well as externally to facilitate strong and clearer communication, retain and strengthen current relationships, and build new relations. Contributed onboarding kit to governance committee amongst other process brainstorming documentation.
Also part of Early Career Development chairs (Terms: 2020-2023) and past committee member since 2015, I work with my team and other department to development programs and initiative for early career ACM members. We set up onsite and online portfolio and mentorship programs for students and coordinated over 100 portfolio reviews set up for 3 days onsite during conference for students with industry professionals from leading studios.
